When will my order ship?

Your box will ship on the last Monday of the box month. The box months are: September, November, January, March, May, and July. 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order through your Two-Thirds account or when you receive your Out for Delivery email. Our boxes are shipped through USPS. 

Do you ship internationally?

No, as of now, boxes can only be delivered domestically.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your subscription before the date of your subscription renewal to receive a full refund. 

What is your return policy?

Due to the fragile nature of our products and overall  hygiene, we do not accept returns. 

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Do I need an account to order?

When you go to checkout, it will prompt you to create an account. 

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through your account on the Two-Thirds website. This includes changing your billing information, shipping information, and pausing or canceling your subscription. 

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are made of only things grown from or raised on the land we all share. They are safe for sensitive skin, pregnant women, nursing moms, babies, and everyone in between.
